Tiger Balm Pain Relieving Patches  I LOVE Tiger Balm ~ I know, I am weird, but I love the scent of it and I find it be a lot more gentle than Ben-Gay, which I save for the big hurts.   There are five 4 x 2.75 inch patches inside this resealable package and you just slap them on the sore parts of your body ~ arms, back, legs, neck ~ and you get instant heat and relief.   Tiger Balm has had almost 100 years in the pain relief business and I find that it works.  These flexible patches are made with an advanced hydrogel technology and it will provide temporary pain relief for hours. I am really happy to see that Tiger Balm came out with patches as they aren’t greasy or messy and you can wear them easily under clothing, without having to worry if it will stain your clothes.   RV  $7.00

Soothing Touch Narayan Balm   This smells just like Lush Wiccy Magic Muscles Massage Bar, due to the spicy cloves.  This is a topical pain reliever balm to help stressed and sore muscles and it uses an ancient formula of Narayan oil ~ it deeply penetrates into your muscles and you use as a massage balm to help with those aches and pains.  Now, the ingredient list is just this:

bees(cera alba) wax, candelilla (euphorbia cerifera) wax, sesame (sesamum indicum) oil, essential oils of clove (eugenia caryophylatta), eucalyptus (eucalyptus globulus), peppermint (mentha piperita)

There is no mention of Narayan Oil, however, when I looked at the safety data sheet at Soothing Touch, they mentioned “other ingredients” and it is a “trade secret”.  Based on my research on what traditional centuries-0ld Narayan oil is made of, it could be that the sesame seed oil is mixed with the following ingredients:

Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera), Brhati (Solanum Indicum), Gokhru (Tribulus Terrestris), Shyonak (Oroxylum Indicum),  Bala (Sida Cordifolia), Paribhadra (Erythrina Indica), Kantakari (Solanum Xanthocarpum), Punarnava (Boerhavia Diffusa), Atibalaa (Abutilon Indicum), Arani (Premna Integrifolia), Prasarani (Paederia Foetida), Patla (Stereospermum Suaveolens), Cow/Goat Milk, Shatavari (Asparagus Racemosus), Rasna (Pluchea Lanceolata), Saunf (Foeniculum Vulgare), Jeevanti (Leptadenia Reticulata),Puvnagah (Sarcostemma kleinii),Shalaparni (Hedysarum gangeticum), Prishnparni (Uraria Picta), Mudgaparni (Phaseolus Trilobus), Mashparni (Teramnus Labialis), Nagkesar (Mesua Ferrea), Saindhava (Rock Salt), Jatamansi (Nardostachys Jatamansi), Kachur (Curcuma Zedoaria), Haldi (Curcuma Longa),Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula), Shalaki (Boswellia), Pushkara (Inula Racemosa), Varahikand (Tacca Aspera), Cardamomum Seed, Manjistha (Rubia Cordifolia), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), Tagar (Valeriana Wallichi), Nagar Mothan/Mustak (Cyperus Rotundus), Tejpatra (Cinnamomum Obtusifolium), Bhringraj (Eclipta Alba), Ksirakakkoli (Gymnema Lactiferum), Palash (Butea Frondosa), Karpura (Camphora Officinarum), Dalchini (Cinnamomum Cassia), Kesar (Crocus Sativus)

To use, you would massage generous amounts of the balm into the area afflicted.  If you are seeking a more intense therapy, apply warm water before the balm or apply a cold compress after the massage.  I am pretty happy to get this, if just not for the scent!  Full Size 1.5 oz RV $8.00

Manduka Yogitoes hBand Headband  Yeah, it looks simple enough ~ a blue tie dyed organic cotton
head band ~ I thought it would be “meh, whatever”, but I love this.  This 8 x 4 inch headband fits great – it is made with 94% organic cotton but it is stretchy, due to 6% lyric  and it fits my head nicely ~ I use it as a hair band (to hold my hair back, not as a head band that goes around my forehead. It is so light, I barely even know it is there and it isn’t uncomfortable ~ it is so soft.  I love this!  These are so much better than most hair bands I have used.  You can also use this as a wrist band or cover your eyes during savasana pose. They make these in all sorts of colors and patterns ~  I believe I received the Mystique in Mystique Odyssey (Blue)   RV $5.00

Root & Willow Lemon Geranium Lava Scrub   So, wild geranium is a floral that smells like rose, but isn’t rose, so I can actually use this without sneezing!  I can really smell the spicy geranium scent in this, not so much the lemon ~ but that is okay, because I love wild geranium.   Root & Willow is an etsy shop and I love getting products from etsy shops (support small businesses!) pure cane sugar that melts into an ultra-gentle buff of pure plant oils and volcanic pumicite.  This has pure cane sugar, plant oils such as organic coconut, sweet almond and sustainable palm to help moisturize your skin, along with volcanic pumicite to help exfoliate and smooth rough skin.  I can’t wait to use this!  Full Size 8 oz RV $18.00

Valentia’s Natural “Soul Detox” Essential Perfume Oil Roller  I love getting roll-on perfumes ~ I just toss these in my purse and they are very handy to have.  This is a blend of neroli (bitter orange), peppermint and citruses and I really don’t smell any of those scents ~ this is more of a sharp herbal blend to my nose but I still like it ~ I love herbal scents quite a bit. This perfume is made in small batches of 100% natural ingredients with no synthetic fragrances and is free from harmful chemicals,  petroleum-based artificial fragrances and drying alcohol.  Full Size 10 mL RV $14.00

It is curated exceptionally well this month ~ 2 pain relievers, one in a balm form and the other in patches, 2 super-food products ~ a tasty snack bar and a very interesting combination of ingredients in supplements.
