Unboxing September 2016 ToGoSpa Society Box

It’s the beginning of the month and that means several of my “early” subscription boxes are rolling in! One of those early mailers is ToGoSpa ~ What is ToGoSpa Society Box? Well, it is a monthly subscription services that caters to supplying me with my eye gel habit. They also include an additional product ~ sometimes it is more than one ~ called The Benefit. Every month, we get a hint what the next month’s Benefit theme is and it was “It’s the Fountain of Youth!” ~ I thought it might be a serum… Let’s see what I got!

Before I head into the unboxing, I want to briefly tell you what ToGoSpa Society is, if you don’t know. I am on the $27.50 variety plan, but I have been grandfathered in, so I pay $22.00 a month ~ and will receive the same Benefit product as the other plans, so I am glad that I am not missing out on that! ToGoSpa makes it really easy to switch your plans online as well. The $27.50 variety plan will supply me 2 packs of eye gels ~ randomly selected from Ice Water, Green Tea, Coconut and Pomegranate packs with each pack containing 3 pairs of gels (6 treatments total) ~ plus a “benefit” product, which could be one of their products or a product that they really like ~ valued at $20.00 to $50.00

The “Benefit” Product

Fountain of Youth Skincare Green Tea Moisturizer Interesting! Not a serum but a moisturizer, that is specially formulated for sensitive, oily and problematic skin. Its star ingredient is Green Tea

This moisturizer is supposed to leave a matte finish, while keeping your skin hydrated and can even out your skin tone, as it does contain .5% retinol. Fountain of Youth claims that every product they make, is designed to combat free radicals and their damage, are pH balanced, oxygenated, nutritious for your skin and hydrating. From the reviews I have read, this is a nice light-weight moisturizer, a whipped texture and is non-greasy. I have a lot of skincare products open right now, but I will be trying this out later on this year. Fountain of Youth skincare products are cruelty-free, vegan, pure and organic ~ freshly made ~ and you can only purchase their products on their site or thru a spa. I am always interested in lotions and potions that will help keep my oily skin under control and leave a matte finish. Plus GREEN TEA! I love having items with green tea in it because it is such a powerful skincare antioxidant and anti-aging ingredient I paid $22.00, which included shipping and received a value of $67.00 If you order before the 15th, you can still get this month’s box. Next month, ToGoSpa hinted that it will be “Triple Treat” ohh, maybe some products featuring pumpkin? Lip balm, wash off mask pack and body scrub? A girl can dream, right?
