Manduka eQua Yoga Hand Towel I really love these hand towels ~ not only are they great for workouts, but just in general. On a hot day, these are great for helping absorb sweat and dry your face and neck. I received Thunder, a nice charcoal grey shade and it is ultra lightweight, made with tightly woven microfibers, making this very soft and plush. I love the tree frog logo on the towel 🙂 If you want to ensure non-slip, spray with water just to dampen before using. You can machine wash, cold with like colors ~ it is recommended to air dry or if you have to tumble dry, use a low setting. Alicia Atkinson Essential Oils for Beauty, Wellness and the Home WOW, this is unexpected!! This is an almost 200 page book, containing an overview of the history, science and usage of essential oils. It contains DIY recipes and how essential oils can be used for “physical, mental and emotional health, personal care, nutrition and cooking, home cleaning and pet care”. This is amazing as I do subscribe to HerbStop What’s In Your Aroma Box? and this book is the perfect guide to enhance my knowledge about essential oils and usage. It starts out by explaining the 10 most common essential oils ~ lavender, lemon, Roman chamomile, frankincense, orange, tea tree, bergamot, rosemary, peppermint and lemon grass ~ and uses for essential oils, along with safety. The DIY recipes obviously use more than the basic 10, but throughout the book, the benefits of other oils are explained. This book is set up by category and the recipes are easy to understand and follow. About the author
Alicia Atkinson teaches about health, nutrition, and essential oils. She holds a Master’s Degree from Whittier College and continues her scholarly endeavors on a daily basis. In addition to her educational pursuits, Atkinson runs her own essential oil product business and parents a spirited young son. After having lived and traveled across the US, she now resides in Whittier, California.

Anima Mundi Wild Lotus Essence Last month, I received an air purifier and mist from Anima Mundi and I love it. I thought that this product was an oil, but it is actually an essence to add to water and you drink it. It is supposed to help balance emotions and psyche. You add 5 to 10 drops in water in a meditative atmosphere and drink. This is something new to me so I will just repeat what Anima Mundi’s description states, as I am not an expert here

Gypsy Soul Organics Sun Salutation Salve I am a bit confused by this product ~ is it a lip balm? A healing salve in a tube? It does smell wonderful ~ vanilla and honey. It is 100% natural and organic and is made with soothing beeswax and essential oils for healing. Reading Gypsy Soul Organics description, this is a aromatherapeutic salve, so I guess it can be used on lips and other parts of the body that need some TLC. I hope that Yogi Surprise includes this brand in future boxes, because their online store looks awesome ~ I am really interested in their mists ~ especially Freak of Nature 🙂 Full Size .15 oz RV $3.30

Truth Bar Peppermint Brownie I ate this before I took a photo of it unwrapped. This is a dense brownie probiotic bar with a minty taste. I need more probiotics as I have IBS, so I was very happy to see that there is a “candy” bar that is specifically made with probiotics. And let me tell you, this was SO good. It was dense, but moist and really tasted like a gourmet mint brownie. This also has 10 grams of fiber (yeah!) and 10 grams of protein. Open up to reveal this precious facial mask pack made with saffron ~ saffron is that reddish-orange spice derived from the flower of Crocus sativus. It takes 75,000 crocus blossoms to make one pound of saffron, which makes it the most expensive spice in the world. This mask is an anti-aging, hydrating and brightening wash off mask pack. You mix a few drops of water with 1 teaspoon of the powder and make a thick paste. Apply to face and neck area, avoiding your eyes and mouth area. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, then gently massage and rinse with water.
Description: The goodness of sandalwood will reverse the signs of aging and gradually remove wrinkles and dark spots. Saffron will improve skin texture and also naturally make skin lighter and more radiant. The anti-oxidants found in walnuts are essential to skin regeneration and elasticity. What a great month from Yogi Surprise! The last two months have been fantastic and this month is exceptional. All of the products sound fantastic and uniquely fun! The Truth Bar is a major score for me (probiotic candy bar ~ deal me in!!), the book on essential oils with DIY recipes, lotus supplement, yoga hand towel, the vanilla & honey salve, big o’ tub of shea butter and the very exotic face mask (straight from India too). I am missing my Yoga Sequence Card, but Yogi Surprise is sending me one as I sent them an email.
