Balanced Guru Hug Me Long-and-Sweet Body Butter  Yeah!!  This was actually supposed to be in our December box, but due to some manufacturing issues, we received a body oil from Balanced Guru (which I have been using daily as a lotion during these cold winter months).    However, Kelly did promise that this item would show up in a future box ~ I just didn’t realize it would be so soon 🙂   For those who follow my blog ~ you know I love Balanced Guru, as I am a huge fan of their hair products.   This is a really lovely, dense body butter which melts instantly into your skin ~ and you don’t need a lot either as a little goes a long way.   This does have a sweet-zesty cocoa-citrus scent to it and I plan on using it at night time, as it is so moisturizing.   This has organic nourishing oils ~ coconut, cocoa, sunflower, olive, safflower, babassu ~ along with shea butter and some lovely essential herbal oils ~ lavender, sweet orange, spearmint.   This is packed full of antioxidant ingredients and will really help moisturize and seal in that moisture.   This is USDA Certified Organic and Cruelty-Free.  Use KLOVERBOX25 for 25% off at Balanced Guru (you should check out their hair products!) Q.C. Naturals Karen’s Cleanser  I was introduced to Q.C. Naturals by Kloverbox back in November, with Timmy’s Toner, which I really enjoy using.   This cleanser is a non foaming cleanser ~ shake the bottle well and then  you just wipe on with a cotton pad or cloth and then rinse off.   This is made with rosewater, so I cannot use it, but I think this would be perfect for my mother, as she has very delicate skin and I think she would enjoy it!  I did take a sniff at it, and it is very nicely scented  with the frankincense and geranium.  It is 100% natural, organic, non-GMO, non-toxic, vegan, gluten free and cruelty free. Use KLOVERBOX30 to get 30% off at their shop ~ expires 5/31/16 Full Size 4 oz RV $16.50

Ingredients: rosa damascena (rose) flower water, organic (vegetable) glycerin, organic boswellia carteri (frankincense) oil, organic pelargonium graveolens (geranium) oil

Theo Chocolate Cinnamon Love Crunch    I love chocolate and I love cinnamon ~ I have to have my Starbucks Cafe Mocha with cinnamon and nutmeg powder on top!  I never had a chocolate bar with pieces of cinnamon brittle in it before ~ I don’t find this to be spicy, so the cinnamon bits are not like red-hots ~ it is mild, but just a little bit of heat ~ either that or I have destroyed my taste buds over the years and I am immune to most spicy foods!  The pairing of cinnamon and the 70%  dark chocolate is really wonderful.   You can see the bits of brittle in the chocolate and it makes for a great treat.   This candy bar is gluten and soy free, kosher and vegan.   3 oz RV $2.50

About Theo Chocolate:  …Our founder, Joe Whinney first pioneered the supply of organic cocoa beans into the United States in 1994. Traveling and working in the tropics of Central America and Africa, he fell in love with the land and the people farming there. He recognized an injustice in the way that both were being exploited and wanted to do something to make a difference.  Over the next decade, Joe worked tirelessly to champion organic cocoa beans in the U.S. and promote Fair Trade practices for the people farming those beans. He built lasting relationships and deep trust with farmer groups—all the while focused on the goal of someday making chocolate himself and sharing his passion with the world.   mission statement from theo chocolate

Small Keys Be My Valentine Handmade Soap Yeah!  An etsy shop and soap!! I love getting artisan handcrafted soap and this one is made in Charlotte, NC.   It is beautiful cold-process soap, with milk chocolate brown layer, followed by a creamy vanilla layer and then ending with a reddish brown layer with heart cutouts in the soap.  It smells beautiful too ~  lavender and citrus!   This soap is made with sodium hydroxide (lye), oils and butters, red clay, chocolate and 100% pure essential oils for a softer scent.  This also has two types of clay ~ white and red ~ which help detox your skin by absorbing excess oils and unclogging pores, helping to remove dirt and debris.   There are no synthetically produced fragrance oils, no detergents and no artificial colors in Small Keys soaps.  Use KLOVERBOX  for 20% off at their Etsy shop ~ expires 12/31/2016.  3.5 oz RV $5.00

Description: Cold process soap is made through traditional soap making methods using lye, oils and butters. “Cold process” refers to the fact that no heat is added to the process to speed up saponification. The lye creates a chemical reaction with the oils/butters and soap is the byproduct of the chemical reaction. It actually gets quite hot despite the name.  Soaps are poured into molds once saponification occurs, sliced after approximately 24 hours, then take an additional 4-6 weeks to cure.  Handmade soaps are gentler than store-bought detergent based soaps. Handmade soaps also last much longer as long as they are kept dry.

Ingredients: olive oil, coconut oil, sustainable organic palm oil, castor oil, distilled water, sodium hydroxide (lye), white kaolin clay, dark chocolate, australian red clay, essential oils of lavender, pink grapefruit, palmarose, petigrain, labdanum & bergamot

This month’s Kloverbox is a winner!  Even though I cannot use the cleanser, it will make a fine addition to my mom’s Mother Day Box that I am creating for her.  The other items are outstanding ~ I love Balanced Guru products and I think everyone should try at least one of their products;  the chocolate is very tasty and unexpectedly delicious with its unusual pairing with cinnamon and I love Small Key’s soap ~ so pretty and smells lovely!   I paid $15.00 due to a Black Friday promo code + renewing 3 month subscription and received a value of $43.99 ~  a great deal for artisan crafted, unique eco-friendly products.   Do you subscribe to Kloverbox?  What was your favorite product this month?
