ToeTalk Mantra Socks in Be Here Now I’ve been looking to get socks like these ~ this have a non-slip grip on the bottom of the sock, which means you get better traction, balance and stability when doing Yoga. Also, my floors are wooden and in the wintertime, I wear socks ~ which I slip and slide around the home (it is great for cleaning the floors!! haha). I also wanted to wear these just around the home as well. This was a variation in the box ~ you could get Be Here Now (which reminds me of the Oasis song), Find Your Zen or Namaste. I received Be Here Now in variation Alysas Mantra II, which has colorful circles of coral, lavender and blue with the inscription of “Be Here Now” against a black background and the underside has lavender circle grips. The inside band around the ankle is also coral. These socks are really comfortable and they have a reinforced heel and toe bed. This has a hand linked toe seam for comfort and it has a close fit, due to its stretchiness. It is made from 73% combed cotton, 25% polyamide and 2% elastic.

You can machine wash these, just turn them inside-out and then tumble low in the dryer. They have some really beautiful designs at ToeTalk and coordinated the grip design with the overall design ~ if you get a lotus design, the grips are also a lotus design. I purchased a couple more of them, as I know I will use them quite a bit ~ these also can be worn as socks with shoes as well. Manduka Mat Wash Spray in Tranquil Lavender This is a great travel size spray to help santizie my yoga mat quickly. It can be used every time you use your mat and then you can also do a deep cleanse with it as well. I would think you could use this on other gym equipment as well.
