Another fantastic month from Yogi Surprise Jewelry! The spoiler released was amazing so I already knew that I was going to love at least one item in this box. They usually give one spoiler for the jewelry box, but the other 2 items are a mystery 🙂 What is Yogi Surprise?

The Jewelry box will contain two handcrafted yoga inspired jewelry pieces, that are fair trade, sustainably harvested materials, nickle-free, lead-free and cadmium free. These are made in Bali, Indonesia and 10% of all proceeds will be given to education the Balinese families to make these beautiful pieces. It also contains an organic chocolate treat.

Rosewood and White Howlite Adjustable Bracelet I knew from the spoilers we were getting a rosewood inspired adjustable bracelet, but they didn’t show the item. This is really beautiful ~ the dark reddish-brown wood beads work well with the marbled white/grey howlite beads in the center. Also, this is adjustable which I am sure many of the Yogi Surprise customers are thrilled with ~ bracelets are tricky and this one has a nice waxed cord with two capped rosewood bead ends. The ends slide thru the macramé-style adjuster and you can adjust this from 7 inches to 11 inches ~ approximately. This is really lovely and will work well with my other beaded bracelets. RV $32.00

Sacred Yew Wood & Flower Amazonite Mala Necklace This was our spoiler and it is drop dead beautiful. I know some people get tired of the beaded necklaces, but not me. I have the feeling I will be buried with all of my Mala necklaces!! The wooden beads here are a lighter shade of brown than the reddish rosewood ~ it is more golden brown with the Yew wood. The amazonite beads are called “Flower” due to their different shades, ranging from cream, tan and greys along with the standards aqua shades. This 34 inch necklace ends with a large aqua amazonite bead and an aqua and white silky 3 1/2 inch tassel (including bead). I’ve said it before, but I love the mixing of warm tones with cooler tones. I get a lot of complements on my Malas. RV $115.00
Sacred Yew Wood The Yew tree is a long living tree, some have been recorded to over 4000 years old. It is associated with immortality, birth, renewal, regeneration, transformation and provides access to the beyond and our ancestors. It protects us from evil, provides dreams and is a symbol of the old magic. The yew tree is used to provide us understanding that there are other levels of existence beyond this life ~ it helps live our lives more fully and with social conscious. Death is a transformation and it is part of a never ending cycle as we are reborn, regenerated, elevated to the next plane of existence. It was sacred to many cultures, such as Romans, Druids, Celts, Greeks and North American Natives.

Home Free Chocolate Chip Mint Mini Cookies I believe I have had Home Free cookies before ~ these are very crisp and crunchy, with an initial chocolate taste followed by a burst of mint. These are free from peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, dairy, wheat, soy, fish and shellfish (I would hope so on the last 2 items!!). Gluten-free, vegan, Kosher, low sodium, non-GMO verified, these mini cookies are a great way to satisfy my chocolate cravings. RV $2.00

Another great box!! I love the Mala and the bracelet and am very happy with the introduction of a new wood ~ Yew ~ and stone ~ Flower Amazonite. I paid $22.00 for this box and received a RV of almost a $149.00. I cannot get enough of this subscription ~ yes, some months are really duds for me, but the vast majority of the time, this subscription really knocks my socks off, it is so great. Part of the proceeds from this box will go back to the local artisans that made these items and help educate their community.
