This the second product from the J:Dew Green Moist line that I will be using and reviewing. Q-Depot and J:Dew sent me the full of line of the J:Dew Green Moist Hydrating Care products and I have been using both the toner and emulsion since I received it. I have reviewed the toner already (read full review here) ~ I am saving the cream and essence for the cooler months as they are a bit heavy right now for my skin type during the summer months.
About J:Dew and Jeju Island
J:Dew’s parent company, J’ERS, was created as a premium brand to represent Jeju and means “People who love Jeju Island“. J’ERS symbolizes Jeju’s six resources: nature, tourism, traditional culture, dreams, globalization and people and they produce premium products that will remind people of what is best loved about Jeju Island. All the products from J:Dew line are free from parabens, mineral oil, animal sourced ingredients, artificial fragrance, artificial coloring and benzophenone.

Called “The Hawaii of South Korea”, Jeju Island is known for all of its wonderful natural resources ~ from the earth and sea, lush plant life and minerals. Jeju Island was voted one of the new Seven Wonders of Nature in 2011 ~ The island is not only a popular vacation destination with its natural wonders and unique culture, their stone men (Dolharubang) and their beautiful and breathtaking temples, rare volcanic cones (oreum), but also for cosmetic companies. Cosmetic companies appreciate the purity of the natural resources and there is a high demand to use Jeju Island ingredients in their products.
If you purchase the Green Moist Skin Care set, you will get your products in this great box ~ the lid has been printed to look like wood and it opens up to reveal 4 full sized products and two deluxe samples. Notice the absence of the ingredient “fragrance” in this skin care line. J:Dew has included all ingredients ~ all scents are part of that list and are natural.

Green Moist Emulsion provides enough moisture to the skin while leaving your skin smooth and radiant. Formulated with green tea and aloe vera from the clean soils of Jeju Island. Both of these ingredients are known for the provision of moisture to the skin for ages. Moisture effects goes to the deeper layers of your skin while leaving your irritated skin calm, smooth and moisturized. The product is also effective in reducing fine lines and wrinkles and bringing back the firmness to your skin. Also contains sunflower seed oil and argan oil, which nourish and soften your dull skin, while antioxidants from broccoli extract protect your skin from any further damage and help to bring back your healthy tone and radiant skin.
J:Dew Green Moist Emulsion The packaging is the same as the toner and you can see the green-ombre effect of the label much clearer, as the lotion is not transparent like the toner. The frosted plastic bottle is tinted a light forest green and has a bronze-rose colored collar around the white pump applicator. The logo is a white silhouette of Jeju Island and circled with the words “Green Beauty & Green Life ~ Clean & Pure Energy of Nature” Just like the toner, the scent is a wonderful herbal garden with warm spicy citrus ~ that is because they all contain lavender and bermagot. The scent is amazing, but if you are sensitive to scents, this might not be the product line for you. It does disappear quickly after it is applied to your skin.
Key Ingredients
Just like the toner, this emulsion also contains a slew of plant extracts, full of antioxidants and anti-aging ingredients that will moisturize, hydrate and protect your skin, while helping combat free radicals.
Several lightweight, non-greasy emollients help keep your skin healthy, moisturized without any oily and heavy residue.
It also contains hydrating ingredients that will help speed up wound healing from blemishes or rashes.
Clove has antiseptic and anti-microbial properties, with some antioxidant properties and Sophora Angustifolia is used to help with brightening your skin tone, while reducing hyper pigmentation. There are some powerful Vitamin C extracts in here as well that are also melanogenesis inhibitors
Bergamot and lavandula hybrida are the trademark scents in the Green Moist line and it is wonderful ~ a light herbal and spicy citrus scent, which helps oily and damaged skin due to their healing properties.

The emulsion has a pump applicator and it gently applies a good sized dollop of a light weight, creamy white lotion on my hand. The emulsion isn’t greasy or tacky to touch. It spreads easily, absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling hydrated, very soft and smooth with no sticky residue. I wish I had a microscope, so I could show you that my skin went from dry and rough to moist, plumped up and very soft.
This emulsion is very hydrating and moisturizing ~ while being balanced in its oil/water ration. It increased my oil/water percentages by 66% on average which is more than enough during a hot, humid summer! This emulsion can be used going into the fall months as well for me as I don’t need anything more moisturizing during the warmer months of the year.

Final Thoughts
Just like with the toner in this series, I am very impressed by the J:Dew Green Moist Emulsion. I have been using it for a couple of months now, alternating with Benton Aloe Propolis Soothing Gel (review here) and it provides ample moisture and hydration for the day, while not feeling sticky or tacky. I haven’t broken out due to this emulsion and have had no adverse reactions to it. The summer here in Boston has been very hot and humid, and I have used this emulsion just about daily except for the really unbearable days, where I don’t want much of anything on my face except an aloe gel! It works very well with my other lightweight, hydrating skincare products and I use this emulsion as my second to last step with skincare products ~ only my sunscreen is applied after this one product.
I am totally in love with the herbal scent and how soothing and cool it feels on my skin. It makes my skin smooth and soft, while giving my skin a healthy glow. Like all of the products in the Green Moist line, I am happy that this is a 6-free product ~ free from parabens, mineral oil, animal sourced ingredients, artificial fragrance, artificial coloring and benzophenone. Once again, I thank Q-Depot and J:Dew for sending me these wonderful products as I would have never known about them! Have you tried any J:Dew products? Are you interested in trying them? Let me know in the comments below ~ I love to hear from my readers.

Where to Purchase
Q-Depot carries the full line of Green Moist by J:Dew, as well as selling the toner individually, in a full set and in a dual set with toner, which I highly recommend purchasing that set if you want to try this line out slowly. The toner and emulsion are good for all skin types, so long you aren’t sensitive to any of the ingredients listed. I think they will provide hydration and moisture for oily skin and if you have normal to dry skin, you can use these to enhance your current skin care routine as it is a great layering product.
