Memebox Primera Wild Peach Special Set Unboxing!

I really love the Primera products ~ I have tried their Alpine Watery Berry line and was totally excited to see Memebox offering some of their products in their shop. All they need to do now is create a Primera Mystery Box!! I did purchase a few items in their Primera shop ~ The Wild Peach Special Set and Sprout Serum. All the prices here are from the USA Memebox shop and these are special introductory prices and these products are actually retail for much higher.

Pores tend to enlarge due to various external irritants faced in daily life and excessive sebum production during adolescence. In addition, as skin loses moisture as a result of continued aging, the skin loses resilience and the pores become loose, which makes pores appear visibly larger. primera Wild Peach Pore products contain extracts from wild peach buds to impart a smooth and soft skin appearance.

This value set comes with two full sized Wild Peach Pore products ~ Water and Emulsion~ and three sample sizes of the water, emulsion and pore treatment. All of these Wild Peach products contain wild peach bud (sprout) that help smooth skin and treat skin problems while acting as an astringent. When I purchased this set, it was supposed to come with a third item, a Pore Clay Mask, but they did not have the stock, so I received a free gift of the Mild Peeling Cleanser.

Wild Peach Pore Water This pore water/toner comes in a glass bottle and it a clarifying toner that soothes the skin, while it preps your skin for better absorption for the following skincare steps. You apply this toner on your skin after you cleanse it, and it will remove any dirt, debris and makeup residue. It will also balance the moisture level, to help control any excess oil production. This is hypo allergenic and non-comedogenic. This toner is very refreshing on my face, due to the lavender extract, and it has a herbaceous scent, not a peach one. In fact, all of the products that I swatched here have an herbal scent to them. This also contains willow bark extract, which is a natural salicylic acid (beta hydroxy acid) and will help exfoliate dead skin cells and is an anti-inflammatory. Wild Peach Pore Emulsion This is the matching emulsion to the toner. This not only has fermented soy beans (natto gum), but green tea extracts, for helping combat free radicals and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. This also has clove flower extract, which helps balance the moisture and oil levels in your skin, so that excess sebum is reduced and your skin balance is normalized. As you can see in my swatch below, it is a light emulsion and it absorbs quickly into my skin. This has a cooling effect as well. You can purchase this individually here. I also received a 5 mL sample of the Wild Peach Pore Treatment, which is a brand new product for Primera as it was launched on March 2015. I cannot find a lot of information on this item, but I guess it is a spot treatment. This contains 91% linseed (flaxseed) extracts, which will help reduce the appearance of pores, improve the elasticity and enhance moisture. This is a powdery treatment that you shake well and apply to your oily T-Zones to help control the oil and mattifying your skin. I hope Memebox will carry this item as well as other Primera products too.

As Memebox couldn’t fulfill the Pore Clay mask, they instead sent out one of Primera’s Peeling Cleansers.

Facial Mild Peeling Cleanser I am glad that I received the mild peeling cleanser, as even though I don’t have sensitive skin, I am getting older and would rather have a mild version that a more intense treatment. This has broccoli extracts, which is a superfood and it not only contains antioxidants like beta-carotene and Vitamin C, it also has Vitamin B complex, Vitamin E ~ which creates radiant skin and shiny hair as it revives skin tissue, Vitamin A and K, Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Amino Acids and Folic Acid (Vitamin B9). All of these vitamins help care for your skin and keep it glowing and healthy. Broccoli also contains glucoraphanin, a phytonutrient, which has been reported in reversing sun damage on your skin. Super Sprout Serum This was a weak moment purchase! haha I am intrigued by this “Phyto-Sproum” patented sprout ingredient. The Wild Peach products and Peeling Cleanser are designed to either help oily skin or exfoliate and I thought I would need an anti-aging item, as I am getting up there in years. This product is an anti-aging serum which is packed with anti-oxidants made from the sprouts of “super seeds”. Phyto-Sproum is a concentrated “activated germination substance with super black seed’s efficiencies” that Primera developed. It corrects skin tone, fortifies skin barrier, moisturizes and enhances skin texture. The “super seeds” are black rice sprouts, black soybean sprouts and black sesame, which will deliver those benefits to your skin. I am planning to test these products for late September/October time frame as I think these are great transition skincare items for me, going from the warmer months to cooler months. They both deal with pore care, oily skin and anti-aging concerns. One product that I have had prior to the Memebox offering Primera is the Alpine Berry Watery Mask, which Memebox does carry now.

Daily bouts with pollution and various outside irritations cause stress on the skin. They irritate the skin and weaken its functionality. As a result, the skin becomes dry and bloats easily and loses vitality. The primera Watery Line contains alpine strawberry, which boasts strong vitality growing in the highlands, and extract from mallow, which maintains skin moisture, to keep the skin moisturized and fully vitalized.

Alpine Berry Watery Mask I’ve used this mask a few times and I do like it a lot. It doesn’t smell like strawberries, as it is using the strawberry sprout, so again ~ it is an herbal scent. This is a creamy white gel cream, with a lovely texture. It does absorb nicely and I do not have any breakouts or rashes ~ just soft skin that looks refreshed and brighter. I was hording this sleep pack as I could not find it easily online, but now that Memebox is carrying it, I will be able to start using it nightly. I plan to do a Primera testing for a month ~ mid September to mid October ~ with all of the products in this blog post. This sleep pack is full of Vitamins A, B and C, plus it moisturizes, brightens and helps repair your skin overnight.
