Go Raw Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds The Go Raw Sprouted item was randomly selected and I received the pumpkin seeds. Pumpkin seeds are the most nutritious part of the pumpkin and are a great source for protein, while full of minerals such as iron, zinc, potassium and vitamins such as niacin (B3). I actually made my own “yogurt” this morning, using this and the cherries and it was delicious! These seeds are light salted, but not too much, and they are nutty in their flavor, crisp but with a moist chewy texture. These are really good! Stoneridge Orchards Montmorency Tart Cherries These are so good ~ very plump and moist with a hint of both natural tartness and sweetness. Just really great ~ dried fruits can be tricky as they can come out hard and really dry, but these are very moist. Cherries are packed with antioxidants and vitamins and are healthy for you! A sweet treat without the guilt. Dosha Bar Cherry Chakra (Balances Vata) I have never tried a Dosha Bar before and I do think the flavor is randomly selected, as the info card doesn’t specify what flavor. I received Cherry Chakra, which is supposed to help balance and heal the mind, body and spirit by using the Indian healing medicine system of Ayurveda. This bar has no added flavoring, preservatives, fruit powders, lab-made protein powders, or fiber supplements, just seeds and fruit, with brown rice syrup, sea salt and sunflower oil. Contains only 150 calories per bar and it does sound amazing. I love a nice cherry flavored heath bar and am looking forward to trying this. The Seaweed Bath Co Eucalyptus & Peppermint Powder Bath I have tried their liquid body gels and I do love their products. Anything with mint in it is a plus too. The Seaweed Bath Co uses seaweed which has rich amino acids and nutrients that will detox, nourish and hydrate your skin. Herban Essentials Orange Essential Oil Towelettes This was one of our spoilers and I love towelettes! I spend about 2 hours a day in traffic and I do eat and drink in my car. This is a caffeine free and when I open up the foil package inside this festive green tin, I can smell the uplifting scent of tangerines. This has ginger, licorice and rosehips too, packing this herbal tea full of antioxidants and vitamins. I can see the chunks of ginger and licorice in this tea and I am very happy that it does have ginger, as that helps aid in digestion and soothes the tummy. What a great box from Yogi Surprise! I really am pleased with all of the items ~ so excited to try the different health drinks ~ and I already ate most of the snacks! haha. I am glad I took the plunge and signed up for their lifestyle box and I wasn’t disappointed. I paid $35.96 (as I used a promo code) for this box and received a RV of over $52.00, which is a bit lower than the $75.00+ RV that they promised. I do think that next month’s box will be more in line with their promised RV value ~ I am just glad I got the free body oil, as that makes the total over $80.00. I have read mixed reviews on this box, but for me, I am very happy with this box and feel it is worth the money I spent on an eco-friendly, organic and healthy lifestyle box.
