Memebox Dewytree Holiday Value Set Review

My value sets that I ordered a few weeks ago are finally arriving! I still have one outstanding value set, but I received my Dewytree Holiday Edition value set recently. I like Dewytree ~ their Teatree Porest Powder in Toner is amazing and I love their masks ~ very heavy with essence and great for those days when your skin needs more moisture. I was very interested in this set because of the clay mask and then the serum started to really catch my eye.

Dewytree Holiday Edition Value Set

7 Cut White Dew Extreme Serum Oh no, this has rose and jasmine oil in it!! Oh well, this wasn’t the main reason why I purchased this value set, so I will gift this to a family member, who is also struggling with hyper-pigmentation. It is funny how these ingredients were not listed as key ones, but the pearl was ~ and the pearl powder is way down the list of ingredients! I knew that this serum was too good to be true ~ haha. I did do a sniff test on it and did begin to sneeze, so it would have been a disaster to put this on my face. However, if you aren’t allergic to the ingredients, this serum sounds wonderful (which is why I am sad about the rose and jasmine…) It is free from parabens, mineral oil, sulfates, triethaolamine, benzopherone, synthetic dyes and synthetic fragrances. To use the dropper, you just press down on the cap button a couple of times and it will draw up the serum into the applicator and then you press down on the cap button to release the serum.

Black Masks ~ I have used these masks before and I do like them a lot! They literally drip with essence ~ they are the most moist masks I have ever used, outside of Skinfood’s Thermal Water Cotton mask. The mask itself is a black sheet, made from charcoal to help remove toxins from the skin. These Black masks all feature key ingredients from the famous Jeju Island. I also like the design on the mask packages ~ Jeju Island, pictures of the key ingredients and a red-headed, green eyed girl wearing the masks! You don’t see too many red-headed girls on Korean skincare products unless they are doing the little mermaid or something 😀

This value set was $35.00 including shipping and it is a $64.24 ~ 75.90 value, which is pretty close to the $79.00 retail value that Memebox stated. I really wanted it for the Teatree Porest Clay Mask and since I really like the black mask series, this box has value for me. In addition, I was able to gift the serum, so that is nice as well, even though I would have loved it for myself ~ but it was not meant to be.
