Unboxing Beauty

As mentioned in my Jumiso Waterfull Line review (blog post here), I have been recently using Jumiso’s latest two product lines and I have been so pleased with them.  This review is on their Super Soothing skincare line,  sent to me complementary from bazzaal and Jumiso for review purposes. JU: Give and MISO: Smile ~ so JUMISO means “Make you smile” in Korean.  These reviews were originally posted on my Instagram account in 2020.  Both of these products are vegan.

Skin Type/Concerns: Oily, blemish prone, pores, aging skin with hyper-pigmentation and fine lines/wrinkles.⁣

Super Soothing Cica & Aloe Facial Serum ~  This contains 41% of soothing and healing centella  (410,000ppm)  along with its CICA derivatives of madecassoside, asiaticoside, and 31%(310,000ppm) of skin soothing, hydrating aloe vera.   Also included in this 7-layered Hyaluronic Acid Complex, consisting of both low and high molecular weights, to help moisturize the outer and inner layers of skin.  NMF (natural moisturizing factor) 17 Amino Acid Complex helps form a healthy skin barrier.

This also has skin brightening  niacinamide, natural source of BHA with willow bark and moisturizing ceramides and oils of sunflower, camellia, macadamia, argan and meadowfoam.  This has no scent and the texture is jelly-like, but not oily or greasy. 

This spreads out easily and is very hydrating ~ with aloe as its second ingredient, it is no wonder.  This feels so cooling and soothing on the skin and absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving it supple.  This is a great little serum to have on hand ~ not only for soothing care, but pore care too ~ I found that my skin looks clearer and my skin looks less “pore-y” when I use this!

Super Soothing Calming & Relief Teca Solution Facial Cream is a really healing cream.  It contains 1200ppm of  madecassic acid, 965 ppm asiaticoside and 900ppm asiatic acid ~ all centella derived compounds that will help heal, soothe, calm skin.  Panthenol helps cellular renewal along with being a natural humectant ~ so it retains moisture and  hydrates the skin, leaving skin soft and smooth.

This has moisturizing ceramide and squalane, along with allantoin ~ which  moisturizes, exfoliates  and softens skin, making it look smooth and refined, while reducing and relieving irritation .Neem is great for blemish and  oil control and this also contains synthetic beeswax and carnauba wax, to really lock in all of these healing and moisturizing ingredients.

This cream is a pale beige color and is thick ~ however,  it spreads and absorbs easily into my skin.  It does leave a very dewy finish as it is very moisturizing and has the wax ingredients.  I find that I really don’t use it on my skin, but on my hands, which have been healing with cat scratches (wild cats).  This really does help to heal my skin quickly and without irritation, while keeping my hands moisturized.  So, if this works this well on my hands, it will work well on the face ~ I feel that this is a good sleep moisturizer in the cooler months for oily skin or a good day or night moisturizer for drier skin.
