[PSA] Memebox November Shipping Updates

Memebox has been having shipping woes since mid-October, as they switched over to a new warehouse. I personally have 2 orders waiting to be shipped myself. Memebox has promised that items will be shipped out soon ~ here is the latest email from Memebox

This is Arnold, President of Memebox USA, and I’d like to start by extending a sincere apology to you for not shipping your order to you as quickly as we promised. We value your trust in us delivering on what we say, so this is not acceptable.

We have been updating our warehouse system integrations, which has created some disruptions to continuing our processes at the speed we typically operate. We are working hard to get back on track, but recognize this does not dismiss the frustrating experience you already had with us for your most recent order.

We’ll be depositing 500 Memepoints ($25 store credit) into your account as a token of our gratitude for your patience and understanding. These points will expire on 12/31/16 11:59PM PT, so we hope you can spend them during our big holiday sales in late November and December.

If you wish to return or cancel your order for a refund, please contact our customer support team via email (hi@memebox.com) and provide your order ID. Any other questions, comments, or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

So, if you were like me and had an order from early to mid October, you should have already received 100 Memepoints for the delay. This latest email should also give you 500 Memepoints. If you have an order that didn’t ship and you placed it in the month of October AND you didn’t get the extra Memepoints, I do recommend you email them at hi@memebox.com. That said, it takes almost a week now for Customer Service to respond, so be prepared for that.

This change in the warehouse also probably means that they aren’t bringing in a lot of new products or boxes until it is resolved ~ I’ve been looking for new releases and there are some new product items, but they aren’t being promoted right now (probably because they are having those shipping issues). But if you don’t mind waiting, here are some of the new products they have at their site.
