I’ve been interested in purchasing more items from the Goodal line from Club Clio, so I went to their USA online site and started to look around.  I also reviewed their international site and noticed some differences, so I contacted Club Clio USA for some skincare advice.  A lovely woman contacted me ~ Janice ~ and I was able to learn a few things and I put in a purchase.

What I learned…….My HG of a toner/essence, the Goodal Waterest Tone Up First Essence, is being discontinued.  They already do not carry it in Korea, and we have about a year in the USA to still purchase it.  They are coming out with a new version of the Goodal Waterest Essence, but it is called Goodal Waterest First Essence ~ they dropped the Tone Up ~ and the original was made from FC7 Complex (fermented oil complex).  The new formula is made is fermented Lotus Flower complex, so the fermented goodness is still there, but just different.

I did find the ingredients on the Korean Club Clio site and translated them.  The disappointment I see is that the new version has denat alcohol in it ~ BOO HISS.  I will keep an open mind and wait until I can actually try it, but I think the original might be superior and I do not know why they discontinued it 😦

The Goodal Waterest Lasting Oil is not being affected BUT I do see a new version on the Korean site, so I think that might be discontinued soon as well.    I am interested in trying out the new version once it comes in and I hope that I can get some samples to try and compare soon.  It is not yet on sale here in the USA.  BUT….I did purchase TWO of the original Waterest Tone Up First Essence formula, so that will last me through the year!  If you want to stock up, you can purchase it here.

I also purchased these brand, spanking new facial sheet masks ~ they have several varieties, and I picked the Water-Blue Flower Mask (Calming) version.

Phytorain Murumuru Seed Hydra Skin Care: Toner, Emulsion, Serum  I have received the Serum in my Starter Kit from Memebox, so I know this is a very rich line of skin care products.

Oil Plus Skin Mist, Oil Plus Balancing Emulsion, Oil Plus Soothing Gel Cream ~ YEAH!  I have tried the ones for normal to dry skin, which are too rich for my skin type on a daily basis.  These are for normal to oily skin and I received two each of these samples.  I am pretty excited to try these out.

Oil Plus Skin Mist, Oil Plus Moist Emulsion, Creamy Plus Hydrating Cream ~ I received these samples previously and the latter two are perfect for those who have dry skin or need really deep moisturizing care.  You can see that I gave my impressions on these products here.

Club Clio also carries other brands besides their own and are planning to add Dr G to their lineup!  I do like Dr G Mentor Cream for Oily skin quite a bit.  Janice added a few non-Club Clio brands into my order

I think I did pretty well with my haul!  Janice was so generous with the samples and if I decide that I want to purchase a full size version, you can bet that I will do a review here on it.  I am looking forward to seeing the new formula of Goodal Waterest, so that I can see if it is just as good or better than the original version.  I am pretty excited to try out the Oil Plus Balancing Emulsion, Oil Plus Soothing Gel Cream, Phytoshine Acaiberry Brightening Skin Care items and S+Miracle Galactomyces items.
