Unboxing Beauty

When Ivy at Q-Depot asked me if I would like to review one of the J:Dew Green Moist skincare items, I did my homework first, as I only accept products that are of interest to me.  J:Dew is a brand using Jeju Island ingredients and it looked fantastic ~ aloe vera, green tea.  I naturally accepted and asked if I could try two products ~ as I was only offered one out of the four products in the Green Moist series.  I wanted to try the toner and emulsion ~ Ivy worked with J:Dew and it was agreed that I could have both.  Well, imagine my surprise the other day when the postman handed me this HUGE box, from J’ERS company ~ J’ERS is the parent company of J:Dew.  I opened it up and not only did I get the full line of J:Dew Green Moist series, but two other complete sets of their Green Delight Body care series and Green Clarity Cleansing series!  This will take me some time to try out so I wanted to share with you this brand and introduce you to their line.

J:Dew Green Moist Skin Care ~ Hydrating Program

The Green Moist Skin Care set came in this great box ~ the lid has been printed to look like wood and it opens up to reveal 4 full sized products and two deluxe samples.  Notice the absence of the ingredient “fragrance” in this skin care line. J:Dew has included all ingredients ~ all scents are part of that list and are natural.

These are beautiful to look at ~ the lovely light forest green bottles and jars with   bronze-rose colored accents and lids, with a great logo of Jeju Island.   In this set are the following products

Green Moist Toner  This will be one of the first items I try and I have already used it.  I have to say, my initial reaction is WOW. This toner has a slightly thicker than water texture, but it absorbs quickly into my skin. AND OMG, the scent!! It is a lavender and Bergamot scent~ not too heavy, but it is amazing ~ all of the Green Moist items have this scent and I feel like I should be in a spa.  I received both a full size (175 mL)  and deluxe size (25mL) of this toner.  

Description: An amazing Korean skin care product which will cool and moisturizes your skin in almost no time leaving behind smooth texture to your skin without any sticky feelings. It contains pure and organic aloe vera and green tea from the clean soil of Jeju Island, which effectively smooth irritated and troubled skin while proving enough moisture to the deeper layers of your skin. Not only this, it also magically reduces the look of fine lines and wrinkles.

Green Moist Emulsion  This is the other product that I will start using right away ~ again, that great scent and this emulsion is lightweight and moisturizing.  I received both a full size (125 mL) and deluxe sample (25mL) of this product

Description: Green Moist Emulsion provides enough moisture to the skin while leaving your skin smooth and radiant. Formulated with green tea and aloe vera from the clean soils of Jeju Island. Both of these ingredients are known for the provision of moisture to the skin for ages. Moisture effects goes to the deeper layers of your skin while leaving your irritated skin calm, smooth and moisturized. The product is also effective in reducing fine lines and wrinkles and bringing back the firmness to your skin. Also contains Sunflower seed oil and argan oil, which nourish and soften your dull skin, while antioxidants from broccoli extract protect your skin from any further damage and help to bring back your healthy tone and radiant skin.

Green Moist Essence  As I have oily skin and it is summer time here in Boston,  I will save this item for when the weather is cooler, come September.  This is a lovely essence that has shea butter in it and I think it might be more suitable for cooler months (or at least when it is not so darn hot!!) Green Moist Cream I will use this most definitely in the cooler months ~ it contains not only highly moisturizing and nourishing oils such as sunflower, jojoba, macadamia, vegetable, camellia japonica and argan, but shea butter as well.   This is a very rich cream and I will use it as a night time treatment.  Full Size 55mL

J:Dew Green Delight Body Care

Must to my surprise, I received another kit ~ this time for body care:  Green Delight Body Care set  “A line of body products, made with refreshing, clean natural ingredients”   Look at this box ~ isn’t it adorable?  It has Jeju tangerines and blossoms, carrots, argan and shea butter plants designed on it.   I received the body wash and body lotion, plus a body pouf to use with the gel. 

Description: Organic carrots and tangerine blossoms grown in the cleanest island, Jeju, have been added into Green Delight. The most refreshing, pleasant ingredients in Green Delight would embrace your body with sweet, lovely scent, while making your skin moist and silky smooth.

Green Delight Body Wash  This wash smells just like the skincare products ~ these items are lightly scented, so if you are sensitive to strong odors, these items do not have that.  Instead, it is light, fresh and lovely.  I cannot wait to try this out.  Full Size 300mL

Green Delight Body Lotion Again, same lovely scent of lavender and bergamot, and I did sample this on my skin ~ it is a medium weight lotion, that applies beautiful and is very moisturizing.  This will be fantastic on my legs and arms!  Full Size 300 mL

Green Clarity Cleansing Care

These products are not yet on Q-Depot’s site and I hope they will be ~ along with the new facial sheet masks and sunscreen that I see on the products page at J:Dew.

Green Clarity Deep Cleansing Foam  You know I love doing cleansing foam reviews ~ this one plus the peeling gel, should be done within a week or so.  I haven’t opened this up yet to do a pH test, but it will be included in my reviews.  I received a full size (150mL) and a deluxe sample (20mL).

Description: Natural plant ingredients will help cleanse and remove excess dirt, oil and makeup, while moisturizing and providing nutrition to your skin, without drying.  This contains 5 different kinds of natural Jeju extracts, including baeknyeoncho (prickly pear cactus).

Green Clarity Real Peeling Gel Peeling gels are products that you apply on a dry cleansed face and rub in a circular motion to help remove dead skin cells and excess oil ~ it is a gentle exfoliate.  I have used many peeling gels in the past and am eager to try this one out.  I received a full size (150mL) and a deluxe sample (20mL).

Description: The naturally occurring cellulose helps reveal finer, smoother skin and a clear complexion.  It will effectively manage the pore waste and old skin cells.   This contains five natural Jeju extracts including  baeknyeoncho and will keep your skin moist and not dry after massaging.
