lol – I am sure they are EASING us into the 10 steps at Tarjay along with the 7-layer toner method! I am really interested in the Chai Tea line. Since the top price from Target’s official press release is $38.00, it most likely will be that – BUT target has promos and coupons (and you can use eBates too!) So you might be able to get that price down a bit.

yes, I know! In the states, though, because Chai is spiced, it is a way to tell the difference between regular plain tea and the spiced yummy chai!
